This is becoming a tradition: when I should be hunkering down for exams, I am instead scouring Google for images of Little House on the Prairie and Almanzo Laura's family. This is a very pathetic obsession of mine.

1. A fun road sign!
2. A replica of the Ingalls's cabin in Pepin, Wisconsin.
3. Another sign from Pepin.
4. The Laura Ingalls Wilder museum located there.
5. The 1870 Kansas census. (Carrie is stuck on another page.)
6. Walnut Grove, Minnesota - where baby Freddy was born.
7. The sod house from On the Banks of Plum Creek.
8. And the real Plum Creek as well.
9. The sign says "Little House Reading Marathon."
10. Almanzo in a census. I can't remember the date of this one.
11. The official sign in front of the Wilder Homestead in De Smet, South Dakota.
12. Part of the homestead. I think this might have been part of the tree claim?
13. The 1900 Missouri census. I think the census taker probably guessed about the adults' ages, because Almanzo is listed as being 39 while Laura is 32.
14. The real Mary Ingalls.
15. I love Rocky Ridge farm.
16. The 1920 Missouri census. Now, Almanzo is 61 while Laura is 54.
17. Sign to the entrance of the stone cottage Rose built for her parents.
18-19. More of the stone cottage. It's cute, but Laura and Almanzo preferred the farmhouse.
20. The 1930 Missouri census. Rose is now listed as living at home; I think they finally got the ages correct as well, for Almanzo is 73 while Laura is 63.
Comment. Credit. Enjoy!
