Q: What do you get when you combine the Broadway musical of The Scarlet Pimpernel, a sleep-deprived iconist, and procrastination?
A: Icons that appear to have been composed under the influence of crack.
[24] The Scarlet Pimpernel (all four incarnations of the Broadway musical)
+
The Scarlet Pimpernel, versions 1-4:
Credits:
--All images from thepimpernel.com. (Did you know that a German-language SP show premiered in 2003?)
--Back on hiatus after I post these -five four and a half finals to study for.
--There are four different Marguerites, two different Percys, and three different Chauvelins scattered through this post.
1, 13. Marie Tussaud. If we do this show instead of the other choice (Camelot, bah), I'd like to play her.
2, 4. Please don't kill me ... sometimes polka dots are fun!
11. Picture from the wedding scene in version four; incomprehensible cursive text from "Believe."
12. Those women annoy me; thus, the text.
23. Chauvelin from version 3, I believe. He's the best-looking of all 'em, and the least French-looking.
24. Marguerite from version 3. In all the pictures I saw, she looked a bit bug-eyed.
And here, have my favourite song.
Comment. Credit. Enjoy!

I'm glad you like them! :D I found the musical highly addictive, so I hope it doesn't drain away your sanity too.

They should make action figures ... at the very least, I'd buy them. Or dolls might be more fun. Then, I could dress Percy and Marguerite in pretty clothes, and make Chauvelin chase them around in all black. With some young fops too.
Hee, I'm rambling. I'll head off to bed now, and just add that I'm so glad you liked the last one. (Marguerite is v. lovely.) :)
